Ms Delice Scotto

Ms Delice Scotto hails from New York, USA, and has spent the last 15 years in the Middle East, making Dubai her home for the last seven years. With a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from New York University, she has been an educator for over thirty years, as both a teacher and an administrator in public, private and charter schools in the United States and Kuwait. Ms Scotto has also taught Educational Leadership classes at Eastern Michigan University and the University of Phoenix-Metro Detroit. She was directly responsible for the development of the middle/high school program for The American Academy for Girls in Kuwait, where she served as Principal and was subsequently appointed Superintendent.
